4. Counter Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected].

A counter-notification should include:

  • Identification of the removed or disabled material and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and any other information required by applicable law.

5. False Notices

Submitting false or misleading notices may create legal liability. You should consult legal counsel before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
